Calendars are given to residents to keep them informed of our daily events and all residents are encouraged to join us.
Dietary Program
Eating for Health
Here at Eden Healthcare Center, our Full-Time Registered Dietitian monitors weight deviations and makes recommendations accordingly. Our Full-Time Dietary Manager provides three nutritious meals to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs, according to physician orders such as regular, diabetic, cardiac, textured-modified diets, regular nutritional assessments, weekly made-to-order breakfast club with various specialized items, and daily ethnic meal options.
Social Services
Managing all Requests
The Director of Social Services manages all requests for missing items and concerns/grievances for our facility. The Director of Social Services acts as a liaison for all members of our facility and the community by advocating for resident rights. Our long-term social worker assesses our long-term population quarterly by maintaining all ancillary services for our residents ensuring that all of their basic needs are assessed routinely and as needed to promote the highest quality of life while in our facility.
