Our 121-bed, skilled nursing and therapy center is located across the street from Weekes Community Center Park in Hayward, California. Our highly-rated staff provides the short-term treatment and long-term care you are seeking in a peaceful, home-like environment.
Eden Healthcare is a clean and welcoming facility. I primarily visit the therapy team as a vendor, and they are always welcoming and professional along the way to the therapy department. I come into contact with multiple different departments who all acknowledge and greet me. It’s obvious that every healthcare practitioner in the building is passionate about helping their patients.
